If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Hello, My account has been accessed from Moscow, Russia, while I am in the Netherlands.*They changed my E-mail linked to my account and they changed my password so I can't get in my account anymore, I self-locked the account, and I got the steam lock code, which is : L*J**T* . I've tried everything to gain back acces to my account, but I still can't get in, and the Steam help doesn't help me either, because steam e-mailed password reset information to the linked e-mail, which is now an unknown e-mail for me. So I can't reset my password. Could you please help me! I'm really scared and I don't want to lose my games and inventory, my account name is : luukygamesnl and my profile is * Gone * E-sports Aerios, but maybe he changed that too so I'm not sure.
