Store *** Clarksville, Indiana**I would like to talk to you about an issue that my fiance and I had while picking up a doordash delivery last night at store *** in Clarksville, IN. We got there at *:** pm to pick up the order. We had to go through the drive thru even though the Doordash app said to wait. The customer had indicated through the app that they needed * packets of honey mustard. I asked the woman in the drive thru to please include the packets. The drive thru associate said that it would be ** cents a piece. I asked if they could give us at least *. She rudely said no. I then pulled * dollars out of my pocket and put them in the window and said I would pay for them out of my own pocket. She refused, saying that I would not be getting them because I threw money at her. That was not the case or my intent. I was just trying to make sure the customer had the items they wanted. I asked to speak with the manager. She said that was her. She insisted that I take the money back. I did, however I asked nicely again if I could purchase said honey mustard. She said if I handed her the money nicely. I did that and after a long delay she gave me my change back. I gave it back to her and said she could keep it as a small tip. My fiance Amy Wilson will not be accepting any more orders from steak and shake due to her rudeness unless we get a response. We were offered another one that night and declined it. My fiance was frightened by this woman. The name on the ticket was Kendol M. The date was *********. The time was *:**:**. I am not asking for free food or anything like that. I want an apology.
