I purchased a Staples ** Sheet Crosscut Commerical Shredder (I do not know the specific date because it is a replacement for another one that was covered by warranty). Yes, this is the second one. The shredder runs but it does not shred. I would like to know if it can be fixed or related to the warranty that I previously purchased?
