I made a payment at Conn’s and it shows that the payment was drafted from my account but Conn’s says that they didn’t get the payment ... I used my cash card to make a payment to Conn ‘s after I put the card in it said thank you completed and it shows the money subtracted from my balance . But cashier says the payment didn’t go through but it shows it did on my end. How do I get this corrected? ??

I’m not making another payment until I find this one . And I’m mad because it’s causing my payment to be late

Either send the payment back through to them or cancel the payment and put it back in on my card.
