The issue in GetHuman-donaldph's own words
I made an Ebay purchase on **** for $** using my CASH APP DEBIT card.About * hours later I realized I ordered wrong part.I contacted the seller and on **** they refunded my $** back on my SQUARE CASH DEBIT CARD. So it posted to CASH APP account on ****.It was viable in my transactions and was labeled as in review.So on **** it was still in review.I again inquired the seller and was told the refund showed that it withdrawn from his paypal account.So I issued a support claim with SQUARE.Now it was *** and still no reply from Square.later that day *** u tried to use my CASH APP DEBIT CARD and it was declined so I logged into cash app and received a code to call square.I got a guy from square on phone and was told He can't access my account and said he would contact app support team internally and promised my ticket would be expected.Now on *** still no reply at all .So at that point my $**,refund was still in review and I cannot access my remaining CASH APP BALANCE of $** either.So I get another customer code and call Square support and am told again they can't help me but they will forward my concerns internally and expedited.Again on *** still no refund and can't use my $** balance either.So I call support for *rd time.This time the girl tells me she will try help me,about ** later she tells me she actually speaks to a CASH APP SUPPORT team member and is assured I Will be contacted.now it's *** with no reply and still no refund and can't use the $** either.Finally I get an email saying they looked at my account and decided I can no longer use cash app for sending or receivein money and that I can withdraw my remaining balance then they close my account.So here we are I cannot get my $** out cause account locked and my $** still in review.Now I'm livid and send reply to the email that sent.So now today ***.I get an email in reply to my reply the message says "Mr Hill we haven't heard from you in * weeks so we have closed your support claim and you need to start a new claim"THIS IS SO STUPID FIRST OFF I'VE SENT MESSAGES EVERYDAY FOR * DAYS AND MY CLAIM ISN'T EVEN ** DAYS OLD.They are just ignoring me and givinge the runaround with all this issue.I will not let this go I want my money it's rightfully owed to me the $** balance and the $** refund that's still in review.They have no intention of even trying to help me ** emails no reply the phone calls worthless as well.they owe me $*** that I can't access or even get somebody to speak with.I WILL NOT JUST GIVE UP AND LET THEM DISRESPECT ME LIKE THIS AND DEFINITELY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO KEEP MY RIGHTFULLY OWED MONEY......CAN YOU HELP ME PLEASE.
