The issue in GetHuman-skiandru's own words
I upgraded my phones in December, cancelled one line, then replaced with new phone number ending in ****. I was told that I would be able to keep old plan on both phones but every single month I have had to call because the new line is under unlimited plan which is incorrect!!! For * months I had called and dealt with this! Please read all prior calls and service notes! They end up giving me a $** credit because my bill should only be about $*** per month. Now I have once again got another bill for $***. I would like to cancel my service if this cannot be taken care of ASAP. The last call I made a month ago, I was promised I would never have to call and try to fix this again! I was told my bill would be $*** for both phones per month! Please straighten this out !!
