I have two cable boxes, one connected to two different TV. One is working perfectly, therefore this is not an internet or cable connectivity issue.**We do a lot of Streaming, using Roku to access Netflix, Acorn and Prime. On the problem box, the first two work perfectly, but Prime will not connect. From the home page, clicking on Prime, results is an apparent attempt to connect, displaying the Prime Logo page but after some quick flashes, it cycles back to the home page. I've attempted this several times and rebooted the cable box to no avail.

GetHuman3363477 did not yet indicate what Spectrum should do to make this right.

How GetHuman3363477 fixed the problem
Spectrum tech support was super. We walked through what it could not be. He noted it had been a very long time since I rebooted my modem. If after doing that and it didn't help, he suggested using my Roku remote to check for up dates on Roku. The Roku update did the trick!!
