I am looking to cancel all services and close my account spectrum. **I’ll start with the more indisputable and universally relatable reasons:***. I was lied to when I made the mistake of closing out my services and TWC account after moving into my new home. I intended on moving my services and keeping them just the way they were so I called and spoke with a representative who I set dates for stopping my service, and the date for starting my services on my Time Warner Cable account at my new residence. To be clear, Time Warner cable had already been acquired by spectrum and Therefore I was an established and acquired Time Warner Customer After my move I called to set up services at my new address, Purposefully made empty promises so that I would officially switch over from being a Time Warner customer to being a official Spectrum customer. my monthly payment price was grandfathered in. I had been with TWC for * years, and for the last * years of my service a with them, I had one of the highest tiers of internet service and paid the same set rate, every single month. I was happy with the consistent monthly bill total and the quality and simplicity of the services I paid for. When it came time for me to move, I spoke with my services will be Stopped at one location and then activated again at my new home address about two weeks later.

GetHuman-az_hello did not yet indicate what Spectrum should do to make this right.
