I placed order ******** on July **th ****, paid the expedited shipping to guarantee delivery on the following Tuesday. I have been calling the support line multiple times every day starting the Tuesday I expected delivery (it is now Friday) and have left a voice mail each day. Nobody answers the phone and nobody has returned my calls. Google has now sent the shopping experience survey which I am about to fill out. I guess I'm going to have to cancel the charge on my credit card since I can't even reach Sonic to get any update much less cancel the order.
