Visited sonic drive-in at *:** or *:** pm CST tonight on University Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. We placed an order and could barely hear*understand the employee as he mumbled our order, and then on-top of it only received and placed half of our order in. We then pressed the red button again and received the same mumbling employee and placed the *nd half of the order separately, only to find out, once again that they did not put out order in the second time either. When a young lady brought out our order, we explained to her that we still need the *nd half and she gave us a huge attitude about it. We weren't mad at that point and were simply just explaining the situation. She left us the first order, and marched away with our credit card to ring the two separate order up. While waiting for the credit card to return and for our second order, I walked to the door of the restaurant in order to grab someones attention to request condiments and ketchup... the young lady saw me, made eye contact, and put her head down ignoring me... so I opened the door and asked if she had ketchup... she said, "we don't have none of that for you". I said, "ok, do you have any dipping sauces?" and with a even louder and more rude attitude she said, "not for you". I told her in that case and with her bad attitude to please cancel the *nd order then and requested my credit card back. She followed me out to the parking lot to confront me and said "what's your problem? what are you even talking about?" like she wanted to beat me up. Other customers windows were down and asked me "did they get your order wrong too" while they also looked very frustrated and defeated with all the kids working customer service skills. They were all awful employees and an embarrassment to Sonic. I would be devastated as a business if any of my employees acted that disrespectfully and unprofessionally. when she followed me outside after I told her to cancel my order, I told her some not so nice words, mentioned I would be reporting her behavior and all the employees lack of competency and respect tonight and drove away. PLEASE get the employees proper training before placing them behind a mic or delivering food to customers. Yikes. I will be the first to admit when the problem is mine and the mistake is mine, but in this case tonight it was very crystal clear that the employees were all the way around in the wrong on this. From the mumbling and incoherent young man behind the microphone to the very very very rude, hateful bully delivering the food... this place will not last unless the employees are properly managed and terrible behavior addressed. The young woman was Short - maybe *'* ft to *'*, African American, and wore a yellow bandana on her head last night. I am honestly not sure who was on the microphone, but they also butchered our very simple order to where we had to order three times... and still didn't get it all. I'm concerned it could have been a bad microphone in the drive through, but seeing all of the other customers also asked me if they got my order wrong too, tells me otherwise. I saw no manager on site and if there was, they need to step it up BIG time, be corrected, re-trained or fired. I'm disgusted with my experience tonight and did not appreciate being treated like a piece if trash when I was being more than patient and understanding... until the end when she followed me out of the door into the parking lot. YIKES! Bully alert.
