Despite following the required steps on Snapchat's website to enter the code generated by the app, it keeps invalidating the codes, preventing me from successfully signing in. I have ensured that my account is linked to the app and have entered the correct username and password, but the generated codes are consistently being rejected.

I fear it might get permanently deleted after 30 days. Despite knowing it takes up to 24 hours for reactivation, I am unable to access my account even after a week of trying. The system keeps showing "username or password incorrect" even though I've attempted multiple passwords. I've reached out via email several times, but the responses just ask me to wait 24 hours. I urgently need assistance to understand why I am facing persistent login issues. I'm worried about losing all my precious memories on the platform.

Dear all, I am reaching out regarding my Snapchat account that got locked 4-5 days ago, causing significant inconvenience. I attempted to log in 24 hours after the temporary lock, successfully accessing my account on a different iPhone but encountering another lock when trying to log in from my original device. Even creating a new account resulted in the same issue, disrupting my Snapchat use. This problem persisted for 3 days. I was unable to log in on my device but could access my account on my friend's iPhone. Logging in from an Android phone led to a temporary login failure without locking the account. Key points to note: 1. My iPhone XR consistently locks me out upon login attempts. 2. My friend's iPhone 11 grants access to my account without issues. 3. The Android phone encountered a login failure but did not lock the account. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter urgently. I have not engaged in any activity that could jeopardize my account. Your prompt action to restore my access would be greatly appreciated. I have been hacked, and all the details on my account have been changed. The original email on the account was [redacted], and the phone number is +44 7[redacted]03. I am currently using a different email as contacting the hacker has not been successful. They locked me out of the account, and I am very concerned about the personal photos and videos stored there. This has been going on for over 24 hours, and they are pretending to be me, causing trouble. I received an email notification to verify the changes, but I was unable to do so in time. Please respond urgently as the hacker is portraying themselves as someone I know, and they are engaging in cyberbullying and identity fraud. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to regain access to my account. Please assist as soon as possible.

I'm having trouble accessing my old Snapchat account, yawawdeh12, where I have meaningful pictures of my late grandfather that I cherish. I've been attempting to log in for about five months without success, and my attempts to contact Snapchat for help have been futile. These photos hold significant sentimental value to my family, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in retrieving them. I have been unable to access my Snapchat account for a few days now. Despite entering my correct username and password, I keep receiving an error message stating that they are incorrect. Although my account is not associated with an email, it is linked to my phone number. When attempting to reset my password via the app using my phone number, I was informed that my number was not recognized. However, I successfully changed my password on the Snapchat website using my number. Unfortunately, I am still unable to log in through both the website and the app. I have verified that my password is accurate as I tried to update it on the website, only to be informed that it cannot remain the same. I am desperate to retrieve my photos as they are the only memories I have left after my recent house fire, including the day my nephew was born. I acknowledge my mistake in not saving those pictures. I received a text alert about a suspicious login attempt in Alberta, CA, despite not living in Calgary. I promptly denied it by sending the verification code. Shortly after, when I tried to access Snapchat, I was logged out and am unable to log back in. Upon entering my credentials, I am prompted to verify myself with an Authenticator code, a step I never encountered before and cannot complete now as I cannot access my account. The situation is causing significant stress as there are numerous photos on the app not backed up on the cloud. This issue has persisted for two hours, and I am eager to resolve it by speaking with someone via phone to regain access to my account and prevent any data loss.

Someone has gained unauthorized access to my friend's account and posed as her to request my information. They sent messages promoting quick money on Cash App and asked to access my Snapchat to spread the scam. They offered $85 for my login, which was a mistake on my end. After giving them access, they changed my phone number and email linked to my account, preventing me from logging in. I'm concerned about losing my streaks. I need assistance resetting my password to regain access to my account.

My girlfriend's account has been hacked, and the hacker is continuously posting explicit photos and videos on her story. The hacker deactivates and reactivates the account to keep posting. Additionally, the hacker is privately sending explicit content through SnapText. Despite numerous reports, the issue remains unresolved. The hacked account belongs to "arianak122." This all began on August 31st when my girlfriend, Ariana, was logged out of her Snapchat account. We have been trying to reach out to Snapchat for weeks without success. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Yesterday night, my account was accessed from an unknown device and location, so I changed my password. However, I am now unable to log in due to an authentication code request. The hacker may have altered the associated phone number. I am eager to verify my ownership of the account with any necessary information. The login prompt states, "verify device - please enter the code generated by your authentication app to verify your identity." I would greatly appreciate if a code could be sent to my correct phone number so I can regain access. This account holds four years' worth of cherished snap memories. My sister needed to use my cell phone to log into her Snapchat account. We knew the password was saved, so we felt safe logging out of my account for her to log into hers. However, when trying to log back into my account, I couldn't access it because it required verification through an old phone number no longer in use. We tried to update the number before logging off initially, but it didn't work. Now, despite knowing the username and password, I can't proceed. Is there a way around this? Last night, I logged out of my account and then logged back in after a few minutes. Upon re-entering, I noticed that while all my stories were visible, my new chats wouldn't load. Only the groups I'm in were showing up. When I tried searching for my friends' names to message them, their chats didn't appear initially, and no new messages were coming through. Specifically, one friend's chat wouldn't load at all. This issue has persisted since 6 p.m. yesterday, and it's now 9:30 a.m. I reached out to Snap support on Twitter but didn't receive much assistance. I was advised to update Snap, but there doesn't seem to be an available update. Can someone please look into this as it's causing me significant inconvenience?

I have not verified my phone number, but my closest Snapchat friends are: - Lauren Lu - Cheyenne English - ygexsy I am part of two group chats named "thruple" and I believe "bachelor baes." I have precious memories of my 4-year-old and 1-year-old children saved on this account, and it would be heartbreaking to lose them. I am struggling to reset the password for my username (p.prado07). I created a new Snapchat account for privacy reasons, and it seems that transferring all my information to the new account has erased it from the (p.prado07) account. Now, whenever I try to reset the password using my email, it prompts me to change the password for my new Snapchat account instead of the (p.prado07) account. I need assistance in accessing my (p.prado07) account as I can't reset it using my email or phone number. I had set up verification information for the (p.prado07) account, but it seems to have been removed when I created the new Snapchat account.

On August 26th, my account was hacked, and the email associated with it was changed. I promptly regained access, reverted the email back, and updated my password. Unfortunately, upon regaining my phone today after being grounded, I was unable to log in as the password was deemed incorrect. I faced difficulty in accessing my account recovery options via email. I used to have a Snapchat account under the username Dysfunctional02. Last week, my email was hacked, so I had to deactivate all applications linked to that email. Even though I managed to recover my email account, I'm struggling to reactivate my Snapchat account. I need to change the associated email address and delete the compromised one for security reasons.
