My friend Hunter Carver and I have been close for 6 months. Recently, we lost the super bestie status and the number one spot on each other's list. You managed to restore the mutual besties, which we appreciate, but we are really hoping to have the super bestie status back. Yesterday night, my Snapchat account was hacked. The person changed the phone number and email associated with it, sending suspicious Snaps to my friends. They seem to have information about me as they took screenshots of my previous conversations. I've been trying to report this to Snapchat, but no action has been taken yet. The hacked account username is: doudoubresil. If someone could assist me with this, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Good evening, I am experiencing connection issues on your platform. I recently had trouble logging in, but unfortunately, upon registration, I did not verify my email or phone number. Also, I have since changed my phone number. When I try to log in, the platform indicates an error with my username or password. Since I only verified one of my personal details, I am unable to change my password. My username is "noalapunta" with the corresponding email being "[redacted]". My "old" password and the very first one was "vdmchocobn82", but I don't recall changing it or am not sure. If I did, it might be "slaov1706" or "Noalicia_1103" or something similar to these two passwords. I would appreciate your help in recovering my account. Today, someone hacked my account, changed my email and password. I've filed four reports but haven't received any response. My friends informed me the hacker posted about money, messaged them weird things, and tried to scam them. I've had this account since around 2[redacted] and it holds all my memories. I use it to contact my sick dad; it's crucial I regain access. My friends claim they reported the account too. Please assist me in recovering my account, as I cannot create a new one due to the sentimental value it holds. The hacker's email is [redacted], as indicated in the notification I received about the account changes. I've attempted various methods to regain access, but using a phone number isn't an option for me.

Dear Snapchat, I believe my account has been hacked. Yesterday, I encountered issues with my Snapchat when I received two texts from a hacker asking for my 6-digit security code. I provided the code, thinking it was from Snapchat support. Shortly after, I found myself logged out with an error message stating my account was compromised. I even received an email notifying me that someone from California had accessed my account from a different device. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, I have been unsuccessful. I am concerned about the breach of my account and would appreciate your help in restoring access. My Snapchat account holds valuable memories, and it worries me to have a stranger accessing it. I am eager to regain control of my account and count on your assistance. Thank you.

My Snapchat account was compromised on 24/04/[redacted] around 4:20 pm. I received a suspicious message from a friend asking for my phone number to reset her password, which turned out to be a scam. I mistakenly entered the code sent to me, allowing someone to change MY password. Subsequently, I got emails notifying me of logins from an unfamiliar location near Halifax, UK. My password and email were changed, making my account inaccessible. After attempting to create a new account with a different email, it was mysteriously locked permanently.

My account experienced unauthorized access on 24/04/[redacted] around 4:20 pm. A contact I believed to be legitimate, who I now suspect had their account compromised, requested my phone number to reset their Snapchat password. After providing my number, I received a deceptive text containing a code, which I was informed was required to change their password but was actually used to reset mine. Subsequently, I received multiple emails notifying me that my account was accessed from an unfamiliar location, Halifax, UK, while I reside in Workington, Cumbria, UK. Following that, I received emails confirming changes to my password and email, resulting in me being unable to access my account. I attempted to create a new account with a different email, but it was immediately locked, leaving me confused about the reason for this action.

Since [redacted], I deleted the Snapchat app from my phone. I recently realized that my old phone number was tied to the account, and I changed my number in [redacted] due to moving states and a cloning incident. Even though I changed my phone that same year, my Apple Store account remains the same. I have my email and password, but I can't access my account. I've tried reaching out to support, but the responses have not addressed my issue or provided helpful solutions. I can provide my official ID to prove my identity if necessary.

Hello, my Snapchat handle is bramble.[redacted], and I have been using it for about five years, accumulating many photos and videos over time. After briefly deleting the app to take a break, I realized I needed to reset my password. Since I've had to change it several times due to security concerns, each new password became less familiar as I could not reuse old ones. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my phone number which I previously used for verification because of an issue with my phone plan. Turning to my old email, which I vaguely recall starting with modowd, has also proven challenging as it's been changed over the years. I registered an email with Snapchat but had temporarily disabled my account for school and family priorities. Upon trying to reactivate it, I discovered my account was deleted. The memories tied to it, especially those of deceased individuals, are invaluable to me. I did not delete the account and do not know who did. I am hopeful that Snapchat can help me retrieve these cherished memories from my account: s24patel.

Although I lack screenshots from back then, I am hopeful for a resolution. I suspect my ex may have sold the account, as I was unexpectedly added by someone claiming to know the previous owner. Despite my recent attempts to recover it, I have not succeeded. Retrieving my account is crucial as it contains valuable memories. Admittedly, it was a mistake to trust my ex so extensively, and I realize now that I was naive. Any assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my Snapchat account. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account, which is causing issues with the account recovery process via email. Additionally, I do not have my recovery code. I am unable to create a new account as my email address is already tied to the inaccessible account. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity. If the account cannot be recovered, I would like guidance on how to permanently delete it in order to create a new one. Hello, this message supposedly from Snapchat states that on July 28, [redacted], the platform will be shut down due to overcrowding causing slow performance. To check for active users, recipients are urged to forward the message to 15 others via copy and paste. Non-compliers face deletion in two weeks to clear space. To demonstrate activity and avoid deletion, it's advised to share this message with friends.
