I have lost access to my Snapchat account as the email associated with it was changed by a hacker. Since my phone number was not linked, I am unable to reset my password or login. While using the account, I got logged out and found out through an email that my account was accessed from New York, whereas I am located in Florida. The new email linked to it is [redacted] I am worried because I never shared my account details and I have sensitive pictures saved in my memories and "your eyes only" section. This situation is causing me much distress about my privacy and safety.

I created my Snapchat account in 6th grade, and now I am in 7th grade. Unfortunately, my boyfriend changed the password, and neither of us can remember it. My Snapchat account was hacked. I received an email notifying me of changes made by an unknown person who then accessed my account. Subsequently, I was logged out of Snapchat, and my phone number, email address, and password were altered. It seems the hacker may have accessed my "my eyes only" section as well. The hacker's actions included changing the password, email, and phone number associated with the account. The email provided details such as location (Mansfield, US) and the IP address ([redacted].[redacted].[redacted].65). The hacker's phone has been identified as a OnePlus OnePlus 7 Pro. It appears that the hacker has since disabled the phone number I had for them.

I created two Snapchat accounts using the same email address. When I logged out of my main account to check on my boyfriend using a new account, I couldn't log back into my original account. I only used my email, not my phone number, for the account, so now I can't access my main account that I use daily. I attempted to reset the password using my email, but it didn't work. This account is not a spam account; it holds all my precious memories. Please assist me in recovering it.

Today, I received a message on Snapchat from someone I believed to be a friend, offering me the opportunity to make $5,[redacted]. Skeptical, I questioned them about the legitimacy of the offer, suspecting a scam. Despite their reassurances, I hesitated to provide sensitive information like bank login details. Ultimately, I declined to share that information but inadvertently allowed access to my Snapchat account, which they then took control of and began posing as me to solicit money from my friends. The impersonator is using the account under the name Daya Heitkamp (username: cricket6214) and the email [redacted] I am concerned about my privacy and would like to regain control of my account and protect my friends from any further attempts to deceive them.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Snapchat account. After being logged out, I attempted to log back in using the password I have written down but it's not working. I am unable to reset my password since I no longer have access to the email or phone number associated with my account. While using Snapchat, I suddenly got logged out and received a message indicating my account was deactivated. This was quite alarming, and I attempted to create new accounts, but each one was temporarily locked. However, after a few days, I managed to log back into my original account, which was in the process of being reactivated. The message requested me to wait before trying again and assured me that I would be notified once the account was ready for use. Unfortunately, I seem to have forgotten the email address associated with the account.

My previous Snapchat account was hacked by my ex, and he refuses to provide me with the login details. He is currently serving in the military. A year ago, he changed the email and password associated with the account. Please assist me! I have a crucial event coming up on the 28th. Unfortunately, I got logged out of my Snapchat account yesterday. When attempting to log back in using my password "Makeamillion777", it is not working. Additionally, the phone number associated with the account has been changed, and I have no other means to verify myself except by mentioning that my date of birth is 27/08/[redacted]. I've had my original Snap Chat account for 4 years. Recently, I created a new account for shoutouts and logged out, but when I tried to log back into my original account, it said my password was wrong. I've used the same password for months without any issues. My email is linked to an old account from 3 years ago, but my phone number is for my current account. My Snapchat account was compromised by my ex-partner, and I have already involved the police in the matter. Unfortunately, I am unable to regain control of my account as I cannot recall my old email or phone number stored on my tablet/iPad, which my ex has. Recently, a scammer hacked into my coworker's account and impersonated her to trick me into giving out my email address. They claimed they wanted to send me a gift card but needed access to my email. Unfortunately, I fell for the deception, believing it was my trusted colleague. Subsequently, I received numerous emails alerting me that my Snapchat password and email had been changed, resulting in the loss of control over my account. I am now using a friend's Snapchat to reach out to them. The scammer is blackmailing me and attempting to extort others by posing as me on Snapchat with a fake Apple gift card scheme. They are threatening to do the same to anyone who interacts with my compromised account. Additionally, they are coercing me to provide a 4-digit code to unlock the "My Eyes Only" tab on Snapchat.

After my phone died while using Snapchat to communicate with my girlfriend, I logged out of my account. I am seeking assistance as an unauthorized individual has gained access to my account and altered my contact number, preventing me from receiving a verification code to reset my password. The hacker has also logged me out of my account and is impersonating me to extort money from my Snapchat contacts. They are fabricating a story about my vehicle breaking down and requesting funds via the Cash App using the username $f10jake. Disturbingly, they are soliciting my friends for inappropriate images as well. Some individuals have already transferred money, despite efforts to contact their banks to cancel the transactions. I am distressed that my loved ones may believe I am genuinely in distress and in need of financial assistance. I urgently require support to regain access to my account, halt this fraudulent activity, and safeguard my cherished memories as a long-time Snapchat user since [redacted].

My Snapchat account has been compromised for several days. Despite my attempts to seek help, I have not received any assistance. I even contacted the police, but it has been futile. The hackers have taken control of my account, accessing everything including photos, videos, and messages. They are also using my identity to scam others. Yesterday around 6 p.m., I opened the app and found myself logged out. After changing my password through my Gmail and receiving a successful notification, I attempted to log back in. However, I was informed that my account was being deactivated. The system mentioned that if my Snapchat was linked, I would receive a deactivation update. Following the recommendation on the Snapchat website to wait up to 24 hours, I did just that. The next morning, despite entering my details correctly, I was unable to access my account under the username "pyt_ashh." I suspect I may have been reported wrongly. Is there a way for me to regain access to my account?
