I signed up this morning for a Premium Slacker Radio subscription at $*.***month. After trying to use slacker, I decided I did not like it so I went to my Account Settings under Manage Subscriptions and the option was there to cancel it, so I did. I got a confirmation message from slacker that my Premium was cancelled and that they downgraded me to the "Basic" free subscription. So I navigated away from the account settings page and decided to go back to account settings just to verify that my premium membership status was showing as cancelled. It reverted back to saying that I had a premium subscription, not cancelled. I wrote a detailed e-mail to them but I have not gotten a response. I also logged out and logged back in, thinking that maybe my account needed to be "refreshed." When I went to the settings page, it once again said I have the premium subscription so I tried to cancel it again and got the same confirmation of cancellation and was downgraded to the free basic subscription. I once again navigated away from the account settings page and went back in, and it again reverted back to premium. I tried one more time logging out and logging back in and the same thing happened, it said I have the premium subscription as of ******* and it was not cancelled. I only just signed up for slacker this morning ******* and after trying to use it, I didn't like it so I decided to immediately cancel the premium subscription. I also want to make sure that the deleted my credit card payment information from their system. I have not heard back from them except an acknowledgement e-mail they sent me that says they*'re working on the issue and they would get back to me in **-** hours. I do not want to be charged for this either* if they already charged my account, I expect a credit back to my bank account of $*.**. I guess I'm going to have to wait until they respond, but if I don't hear back from them by tomorrow Sunday **** a.m., I will contact them again.
