I stated I asked for Site*'s mailing address* email address* and phone *. You have provided a phone number, but I want to send them a legal letter with their correct U.S. mailing address. **I asked their communications person by on-site instant messaging, and was told that would be supplied, but it was not.**My request to you is to supply a mailing address for Site* so I can have proof I notified them by certified mail of my problem and have a green card back to show they got it this time. I notified them in January, **** but they didn't send a refund nor take my credit card information out of their system and were notifying me they were billing me again against my prior notice to them.**Thank you.
