I upgraded my computer & went from windows * to **. All my Roboform data was transferred but will not open. Neither does it recognize my master password or any of my emails. My * main ones are jpen & john** both at Rogers.com. There is a small chance gogo or goforit* (both at rogers.com) might be relevant. My phone. no. is ***-***-****. **I work from home & live alone so my landline is all I require & therefore texting is not an option.**Your CS being knowingly dysfunctional in giving knowingly & completely, obviously false info on wait times is something I would encourage you to carefully consider in terms of brand management & apparently unapologetic lack of customer concern. Exacerbated by an email option that claims to restrict to *** characters (bad enough) but is actually far less. **Any help you could provide would be immensely appreciated & if these systemic issues are addressed, help achieve a higher good which Sibersystems would then appear to care concerning.**Thanks, John Penturn
