I recently upgraded my computer from Windows 7 to 10. Although my Roboform data was transferred, I'm unable to open it. It doesn't recognize my master password or emails, which are jpen and john19, both at Rogers.com. There is a possibility that gogo or goforit1 (both at Rogers.com) could be relevant as well. You can reach me at [redacted], however, I prefer calls over texts as I work from home and live alone. I want to highlight the dysfunction in your customer service, providing inaccurate wait times and limiting email responses to [redacted] characters or less. I hope these concerns can be addressed for better brand management and customer care. Any assistance with my Roboform data would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, John P.
