Where do I begin.. first off I purchased some shoes during the ** boot special returned a pair of shoes for an r change was charged for the exchange then advised by your agen that I was t after being advised by a previous agen and supervisor that I should’ve never been charged for an even exchange. They cancelled my order because of this but didn’t refund my money. Now I don’t have the r change not the imiruginsk shoe that I purchased and I’m out of **.** but your agent and supervisor had the audacity to tell me that I’m only owed **.** that I should have never been charged to begin with. If the service was not rendered properly and I wasn’t provide an exchange for the shoe that I originally purchased you owe me for both shoes.. I’m due a refund of **.**.. then when I ask to speak with a supervisor that speaks English as a first language due to lack of understanding and communication with previous reps I’m getting the run around. I’ve called numerous times concerning this issue that has yet to be resolved.. the level of customer service provide and lack of knowledge is utterly ridiculous. I advised your rep that I could easily disputed this with my bank because I have documentation showing the original shoe was returned and the r change was cancelled on shoe dazzle ends.. I’m hoping a speedy and throrough resolution is provided. As of now I no longer have a desire to do business with shoe dazzle. A speedy and prompt response and resolutions would be greatly appreciated considering this issue has been going on slp most a month if you need documentation as I’m sure you have it on your end I can provide that as well
