I want a * - issue cancellation on my "VIP" account after my first order has shipped. I do not want to skip the month, I want to cancel the membership once my order has arrived as I am not a monthly buyer. I've heard of people getting charged anyways after canceling and do not want this to happen to me. If I could set up a cancellation date for December that would be great. The person I spoke with on the phone about this would not let me speak and kept telling me how great the membership is.
