I placed an order for two split king sets on July 5th at 9 a.m., and my order number is R[redacted]91. Despite leaving numerous messages in different departments and sending an email to customer service, I have not received any response regarding the delivery status. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from the company. We were excited about our purchase, but the unresponsiveness has left us feeling disappointed and questioning the professionalism of the customer service. I am interested in trying your Sheex, but I have an electric hospital bed, and I struggle with regular twin sheets because they are not long enough and the corners come off while I sleep. Could you please tell me the length of your Sheex sheets? In the past, my partner and I enjoyed backpacking and hiking in Idaho in our 30s, but those days are behind us now. Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with a chronic illness that is life-limiting. I am grateful to have time before my son, who is pursuing a PHD to become a doctor, graduates. This allows me to make preparations and handle my affairs. I am turning 60 in 8 months. Some of my friends in the senior apartments have already sorted and sold their homes to prevent any conflicts among their children. They have taken care of everything smoothly.
