Help with my Sears Home Warranty issue

I have a broken dishwasher. Previously Sears Home Warranty sent a repairman who would not repair it because the Bosch model number had been worn off by water. I am making a claim again, and one of their third party repair companies will repair it and no serial number is required. This is Optimum Appliance, ***-***-****. It is impossible to reach a representative to omit the step where the repairman comes to the house and refuses to repair it because you cannot see the serial number.

GetHuman-dryer did not yet indicate what Sears Home Warranty should do to make this right.
