Contacted Sears Protection agreement on **** concerning protection agreement on High-wheel Weedwacker, contract * **************. Advised representative weedwacker would not start. She placed me on hold to check about the agreement. She returned and advised that within *-* business days I would receive instruction on the replacement of the weedwacker. To date, no further correspondence either in writing or verbal. Phone ****-***-****
