I called because the fan outside would not go on...he replaced a part on the furnace that cost $***.** then turned the a*c on and said ok when the inside unit started up but when I checked the outside fan it wasn't on...he looked at that and said the switch was not dropping...he replaced it for another $**.**...he then told me we had another problem I needed freon...that was going to cost more than the other * repairs that he had already done. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income...when I called to find out how much freon cost I got the runaround...when I asked for a supervisor I was told they didn't have supervisors because they were all highly trained...but no one but the technician that did the repairs could give me the answer to my question... I have dealt with Sears for many years and this is the first time I have felt frustrated and ripped off...perhaps that is why they are losing all their business.
