To whom it may concern,* I am a previous customer who got the opportunity to sign up for your services about * weeks ago after relocating over a year ago. On the first day of sign up I only bought a half gallon of ice cream as I did not expect the Schwan’s man to show up at my door.**Two weeks later I was ready for your sales rep with a $** order. I saw the Schwan’s truck stop about a block away and sat on my front porch with my order ready. He totally by passed me like I was nothing and stopped about a block and a half down the street. I let it go figuring I would get him the next time.**Skip to four weeks after my first sign up and I had a $**** order as it was just after payday and looked forward to stocking up. I also had an order from a friend that was just a little over $**. I was sitting just inside my living room door with my husband when I thought I heard the Schwan’s truck pull up. I said I think Schwan’s is here and I will grab my list. As I got to my door your rep was pulling away. Yes, an order paper was stuck to my door however, the Schwan’s rep never rang the doorbell or knocked as the three dogs on the other side of the door would have went berserk. **Today I received a telephone call from Schwan’s telling me my scheduled delivery day has changed from the *th to the **th. In case you can’t tell the date, today is the **th. **What the heck is going on with your company? Your communication is less to be desired and your reps don’t take time to make every stop because little sales don’t count. When the rep does stop it is just long enough to stick a paper on the door and go so it looks like he made an effort. **I have spoken with co-workers in neighboring counties and they have noticed a lack in your reps’ effort to generate good sales*business. I have concluded your rep did not want my long-term business, just my sign up to make quota. Please don’t tell me I should have ordered online as I find that very impersonal. I will continue my business in my town and neighboring communities even if it is not as convenient. At least with other businesses I know I matter.
