Hello, this is Bernadette Chambers, and I'm reaching out about an issue with my son Dwight's Roblox account. Today, when Dwight tried to log in, he discovered that his account had been deleted. He mentioned letting someone else access his account, but he's unsure if that person may have been involved in this situation. Could you please verify if there have been any other IP addresses accessing his account? If possible, contact us at [redacted]. We would greatly appreciate a call back to assist us in resolving this matter. We suspect foul play, possibly related to a game created to target and delete user accounts. Dwight is quite upset as he has invested a lot of time and more than $[redacted] into the game, enjoying playing with friends. We are at a loss on what steps to take next while waiting for his account to be reviewed. Your prompt attention to this matter is earnestly requested.
