SanDisk does not offer a refurbishing service but they do provide a warranty for their products. If your SanDisk product is defective and under warranty, you may be eligible for a replacement. Firstly, you will need to verify that your product is still under warranty. You can then submit a warranty claim through the SanDisk website. After the claim is accepted, you may be asked to send in your defective product. If it is determined to be under warranty and defective, SanDisk will replace it. However, please ensure to backup any data stored in your device because you may not be able to retrieve it after sending for replacement.

There could be a few reasons why your Sandisk Extreme Portable SSD isn't mounting on your MacBook Pro. Here are a few steps you could try: 1. Ensure that your SSD is properly connected to your MacBook. You might want to try another cable or port to see if that changes anything. 2. Check if your Mac is using the latest operating system. Outdated software can sometimes cause issues with hardware compatibility. 3. Run Disk Utility. From the Finder, click on 'Go' in the menu, then 'Utilities', and launch Disk Utility. If your SSD shows up here, try running First Aid. If none of these steps work, your SSD might have a hardware problem and may need to be replaced or repaired.

Unfortunately, SanDisk doesn't offer a data recovery service. However, there are several third-party software options you can use to attempt to recover data from a corrupted memory card. Always remember to regularly back up your data to avoid potential data loss. If your SanDisk memory card is not working properly, it might be covered under warranty.
