Dear sir*madam,**I am writing you regarding a samsonite suitcase. ( attached) that i bought from united states back at **** from Orlando state and the suitcase has a life time guarantee according to the label posted on it which shows samsonite black table beside what been indicated upon buying it from the salesman at samsonite shop at orlando, but unfortunately since i bought it i am faceing and still face so many problem with the zipper particularly during my traveling which caused me buying another one to solve my situation and it was not just once more than one which costed me so much money and that shakes my trust in having any future suitcase from the same brand , then i took it to the agent at my country saudi arabia and all what they did fixing the zipper that stayed for a very short time and then told me the problem probably with zipper it self need to be changed**completely and they apologized to replaced it and the advised me to write to you to solve it, so please do some thing to do so with my best regards, **Sincerely,*Dr.Hamad al shagawi*Saudi arabia*Mobile ***************
