I received the mattress today that my sister, Lucille Finn, purchased for me. The delivery person caused some damage to the box spring while bringing it in, leaving the lining torn. I would appreciate it if this could be replaced. Additionally, the tag on the bed indicates it's a Slim Luxury Firm, but the receipt states it's a Flagship Luxury Firm.
