Good evening, I am contacting you from Wadi All Dawasir regarding my request for a new landline connection. I provided my mobile number for the technician. I was informed that the connection couldn't be established due to a full cabinet. Despite explaining my previous failed attempts to get a new landline, the technician mentioned difficulties entering the military hospital which is why the connection couldn't be made. This raises concerns as this seems to be the only obstacle. If there are other underlying issues, I understand. If the technician faces challenges entering the hospital, I am willing to collect the modem myself. I appreciate your services and have been pursuing this for six months, only now discovering the reason for the hesitation. Kindly provide a solution. My email is [redacted].

I received two calls today from a man claiming to be from the IRS, stating I made errors on my taxes. I explained I have not worked for 5 years due to disability and have filed my taxes accurately in the past. I suspected a scam and ended the call without providing any personal information. The caller persisted despite my refusal. The number used was [redacted] from Potsdam, New York. I urge for an investigation to prevent other seniors from falling victim to this scam. I recently signed up for a new wifi internet connection with certain commitments from the salesperson, including one month free, no modem charges, and a monthly fee of [redacted] riyals from the second month onwards. However, I received a message stating the charge is [redacted] riyals. I would like clarification regarding this extra 49 riyals. Additionally, I am unsure when my second month will be completed. If the third-month charges are being applied, I would like to continue the services; otherwise, I request the cancellation of the connection. I have already visited the STC Branch to request cancellation, and the service request number is 1-[redacted]48. I've been experiencing an internet outage with my fiber optics connection for nearly two days now. I've had trouble reaching customer support, as the numbers provided were unhelpful, and I couldn't call from another service provider for assistance. Furthermore, the instructions to file a repair request ask to use a landline, which is not feasible since my phone and internet are part of the same bundle. It would be helpful if customer service could send updates via email or SMS to the registered email address or cellphone number.

I applied for fiber optic internet in October and was told it would be installed on October 15. However, on the installation day, the tech team called and seemed confused about my location, despite providing them with details. After multiple visits to STC offices and promises of callbacks, my internet is still not installed. I have received various excuses, including a problem with the box. Two of my colleagues have already had their fiber optic internet installed. I am frustrated and in need of the service I was promised. STC, please live up to your reputation and install the internet in my home as soon as possible. My ID number is [redacted] for reference.

I recently discovered multiple numbers registered under my iqama without my knowledge. I was unaware of this situation until I checked online and found three additional numbers besides my own STC numbers. This came as a shock to me, and I want these unauthorized numbers cancelled to avoid any future issues. I am unsure how this occurred as I previously only had one number linked to my fingerprint and iqama. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly to prevent any complications in the future. Thank you for your help, and I look forward to a prompt response.

Hello dear STC Company, I am Khorshed Alam Abdul Mozid. I have not taken any STC SIM card with my Iqama from any place. I am unsure how someone could have taken multiple SIM cards under my Iqama without my permission. I would like to cancel all my SIM cards from STC. My Iqama number is [redacted]. Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I have been on vacation in India since January [redacted] and have been using my STC for all registration services. I usually receive messages and calls here. I recently submitted my vaccination certificate to the Saudi Health Ministry for my return to KSA. The certificate was approved, which should have updated my status to "Immune" in the Tawakalna app. However, even after receiving confirmation via email and SMS about the approval, my status in the app remains unchanged. I tried re-installing the app and logging in again, but now I'm not receiving the verification code. The session keeps expiring without me getting the code, which is causing issues with logging in. Good morning STC customer support team, I am an STC member currently on holiday in South Africa. While my STC services were working well, I suddenly noticed some missing numbers. I realized this when attempting to access Alrahji Bank without receiving an SMS. After speaking with a bank representative, I understand the importance of receiving SMS notifications to perform various tasks. An agent I spoke with last night (18/7/22) mentioned resetting my settings and restarting my phone to resolve the issue, but even after recharging my account, I still did not receive any SMS. I believe there might be a setting issue causing this problem. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as I urgently need access to my SMS for banking and other activities. Kindly investigate and provide me with feedback. I am currently in Hohoe and have been searching for an STC bus to take. I have been looking for days but have been unable to find a bus or purchase a ticket. This is confusing to me because an STC bus brought me to Hohoe. I am hoping to depart today, and according to the website, there should be a bus available at 11:30 am. I am unsure of the terminal location and how to obtain a ticket. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I arrived in Pakistan in [redacted] for the first time. I registered my SIM number ([redacted]) with my Iqama number ([redacted]). When I tried to register my Tabby app account, it showed a pending payment for a purchase of [redacted] riyals. I don't know who used this number before me. When I contacted the Tabby help center, they advised me to reach out to STC. Please provide me with a report stating the date this number was registered with my Iqama number.
