Dear whomever this may concern,* *My name is Heather McCullough and I have personally worked for this company as a server*bartender for over * years. I know beyond a doubt that I've worked fulltime for at least half of the time here. Currently I am pregnant and am about to take maternity leave. My concern is that out of the whole time period working for this company I have only gotten * week of paid vacation. The only reason I was even made aware of it was having a concerned manager. This vacation time has been over * years ago. Whenever I would ask the other Gms if I was eligible every year I was always brushed off.
