Need transporation to get to the boarding port!

Trying to arrange a pick-up at the hotel to get to the boarding port! ... We have booked through an agent in Australia to get onto one of your cruises (* Night Eastern Caribbean Holiday Cruise from Port Canaveral) on the **th of Dec at Port Canaveral. Our booking numbers are ******* (Olivia Lin) and ******* (Richard Lin) for four of us. We are now staying at Loews Saffire Falls Resort, Orlando with a friend's family who will be joining us on the same cruise trip. They have been pre-arranged to be picked up from the hotel to go to Port Canaveral, we are wondering if we can also be picked up with them since we are going onto the same cruise ship. We know our transportation has not been prearranged like theirs, so we are prepared to pay for the transportation if it is charged reasonably.*Since the boarding time is tomorrow, your prompt response will be appreciated.*Regards,*Richard
