I ordered a dozen BLUE golf balls, but I received White ones instead. My order number is #24-06[redacted]9, and the item number is [redacted]5. I want to return this item in its original packaging. I appreciated the speedy delivery, but I have made another order elsewhere to get the correct color before Christmas. I would prefer a credit on my card for this return. I bought a Greenline golf cart cover from eevelle for my older Yamaha cart, but it's too long because my cart has a short roof. The bottom clips can't reach, and the rear wheels are mostly covered. I will have to return it. The purchase was made on 10/7/20 by me, David Coppola, at 9 Coes Street, North Providence, RI 02[redacted]. I need to return the cover.

Hello, I recently purchased a Honma TW XP-1 Driver (Order No. [redacted]) and have used it a few times. However, I am not seeing the expected increase in distance compared to my previous driver. I suspect I may have selected the wrong shaft stiffness (regular instead of stiff) based on my swing speed. I am seeking clarification on RBG's return policy for this club as it is unclear on the website. Also, I am wondering if there are staff members available to offer guidance on how to properly adjust the club for my swing, as my attempts have not yielded the desired results. ORDER NUMBER 09-08[redacted]5 & ORDER NUMBER 05-08[redacted]. I unintentionally purchased two pairs of golf sunglasses on March 12 but received them in one shipment with duplicated shipping charges. Each pair was priced at $22.50 with an additional $7.99 for shipping, totaling $65.24 including tax. I returned both pairs promptly and intact but was only refunded $20.73 on 3/30/22. I believe I am owed $44.51 - the total amount paid minus the refund. Despite the 30-day return policy, I have not received a response to my emails.
