I got banned permanently because someone was trolling the game and I could not control my rage at some points. Some times I can't control my rage when people are trolling*griefing my game. Let me explain what happend. We went to the lanes and then leona died because of an invade (unlucky). But then draven died what is of course no problem so we just went playing. But then draven said "Open bot" and he went to midlane (what at that time was my lane). So I had to act quickly and got bot because otherwise this draven was gonna troll the entire game. Then I went botlane and didn't have my best game. But at the point where Draven*Wukong started flaming at me I got a bit angry so I flamed back. Now my account is permanently banned because of this. I understand that I will receive a penalty but can we please make this temporary and not permanent? I have put a lot of time*money in this account and I will definitely turn my chat off when I get unbanned. I can not afford to lose this account now :(.
