I want to cancel Napster* I want to cancel Rhapsody* I want to cancel your company taking $**.** usd out of my Bank account every month for the last ** years.* I want to stop having you chose music I hate, as my favorites.* I have been trying to get ahold of someone to help me for the past ** years.* Today, I tried to communicate with this company, as I have in the past, and I could not even log on.* You said the password was wrong. So I tried to reset my password.* When I tried to reset my password, you asked what account I was trying to reset. I typed in my Email address (*****@***.com) and you verified that I had turn on my program today (March *, ****). This showed me that your company has knowledge of my service, and knew I was in contact.* After I did that, I received this message: "Error*There was an error processing your request", and then Not a thing more. * I am so tired of pay for services that i do not use, nor at this point need or want any more.* I was a member of Rhapsody for over ** years when you switch me to Napster. I did not care for Napster and*vocaled my concerns at the time.* I stayed with Napster, I have become disappointed that I have.* Please cancel my subscription Immediately.**Jonathan Thompson**(***)***-**********@***.com
