Thank you...I have *-$** coupons sent to me by Revlon*E.Arden valid until *******, in exchange for * cuticle scissors I sent to have sharpened. I was unaware that this service was no longer available. I am truly having difficulty trying to use them since all the Mall's are closed and the shelves are bare. I can only purchase Revlon products. I would like to know if the coupons can be exchanged for $* coupons instead or renew the ones I have for new ones valid for * more months until the shops*malls open? I am ** yrs, retired, limited income. Can you help me?

My mother and I have been a loyal Revlon customers. My mom with the face creams and I with the cuticle scissors, I so adore, have been in my life since ****, I maintained them sharp and honed by sending them into Revlon and having them "renewed" for $* each. Since I had * pairs, I would send them all in at once, except for one, and have them worked on. I would keep them for years until I was down to my last sharp one and mailed the others in for sharpening. Come to find out in ****, that this excellent service was no longer available. The replacement scissors I was sent, were not of the same quality stainless steel nor did they have the "arrow point" needed for my needs. I returned them and, well, here we are.*I am very pleased with the Revlon's Customer Service rep, Mary Mitchell.
