My family and i visited your last week and ordered * entr*es...* curry chicken, * curry shrimp and * chicken Biryani. But to our greatest surprise, when we got home, we were short of one order of rice that was supposed to come with the orders of entr*e. Called it in and reported the honest mistake but the explanation that was given was very unreal and unsatisfactory. An explanation i have never heard of before. That the rice for the two completely separate entr*e orders were combined together as opposed to being served separately since they are separate orders and each order as indicated on the menu comes separate with its own rice. Another issue was the rejection of the restaurant.com gift card in which your restaurant is a participating restaurants. This did not stop me from paying for the food which i could have just refused to accept since the gift card was not accepted as a form of payment to our greatest surprise. I feel it is absolutely imperative to let the management know of my family and i experience instead of putting it on social media or the review section since it will be privy by too many eyes. I decided not to take that route because i believe in your restaurant's privacy. *Looking forward to hearing from your management.
