Use the rear camera. ... I just received a replacement Moto e* Plus cell phone late yesterday. My original phone's rear camera didn't work. The phone was still under warranty. My replacement phone, unfortunately, has the same exact camera problem. Except for the camera issue, I really like this phone. Since I don't use the camera often, it is not worth the effort for me to have to go through yet another try at replacing the phone and I really don't have the time to spend on it. I am writing mainly to bring this Motorola rear camera issue to your attention since this is the *nd time this has happened. You may already be dealing with them on this, but just in case, I thought I should inform you so that future repeats of this issue can be prevented for any new Republic Wireless customers. I know this is not a Republic Wireless issue. In fact, I have been very impressed with every person I have dealt with in your company as I went through the return*replacement process for my original phone and I sincerely appreciate that. I also like the Republic Wireless service as a whole. The ticket ID * for this was *******. I have gone ahead and shipped the original phone back to you via FedEx (today) using the return label you sent me. RMA: RA-***--*******-*****, Tracking ******** ********. No response required. Thank you for your time and attention to this. Randy Miller
This was the replacement phone and it had the same exact problem*issue. Everything is dark.
I don't need anything more for myself. Hoping that by informing you of this issue that you can work with Motorola to prevent this same issue from future recurrences, saving both you and your customers from future inconveniences.
I am just a recent customer (since June). My dealings with all the Republic Wireless folks has been great. My expectation would be to at least receive a replacement phone that fully worked for the money I paid.
Worked with Republic Wireless Customer Help to troubleshoot. As a result it was determined that the phone had a faulty camera.
