Change pick up and drop off times using the RentalCars.com, Hopper App, call Priceline, Call Dollar Car Rental, Go Onkline, Speak to a PERSON SOMEWHERE AND SOMEHOW!!! ... I am trying to make sure a car is waiting for me since my flight was changed by airline. I have prepaid for car and I can't change the time of pick up or drop off online, the phone numbers for Priceline are NOT RECOGNIZING MY TRIP NUMBER AND SO HANG UP. I cannot change the time for pick up or drop off via the Hopper*rentalcars.com App (It says "ERROR" WHEN i ATTEMPT IT), I can't access the car reservation via the HOPPER.COM APP, CAN'T CONTACT HOPPER OR DOLLAR CAR RENTAL by phone or even at the Norfolk Airport Dollar car rental desk AND I AM FRUSTRATED THAT I HAVE PAID FOR A CAR AND IT WILL NOT BE THERE AT THE AIRPORT!!! *My Car reservation was made through PRICELINE via HOPPER APP.***. I simply want to change the pick up time October ** and drop off time on October ** for my rental car PREPAID reservation at Dollar Car Rental at Norfolk Airport and ENSURE I HAVE A CAR...**. I want a valid reservation voucher to show to get my car on October ** at ORF Airport.*Barbara Weintraub
If the App is not working, Dollar Car Rental will not "touch" a third-party reservation, and the * phone numbers for Priceline will not recognize any trip*Confirmation*reservation number I give them, so "hangs Up", what then?
Have a phone number to speak to a live person, OR ensure there is a resolution for non recognition of reservation numbers.
I have been an app customer for years and I want to continue to use these services, but this run around is not conducive to my use in the furture.
When I could not use the apps or online system to simply change times via Hopper, RentalCars.com, I Called Priceline, called Dollar Car Rental national *** numbers and Norfolk Airport Dollar desk. No one could help IF I GOT A HUMAN TO SPEAK TO.
