Help with my Rentalcars.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-bfsone's own words
The website for Rentalcars.com booked two (*) identical reservations in error (********** & *********) . There was a credit card keying issuing and appeared the *st reservation did not go through so went back to prior page to re-enter it, then it took it the *nd try. Although I found out it booked two (*) identical reservations on Rentalcars.com thru Priceline. Priceline does not show the rentals on their system so they could not cancel them. Thrifty advised Priceline needs to cancel them & they Thrifty shows the rentals as well. Priceline just advised for us to contact Rentalcars.com & advise Priceline does not show these rentals in their system & Rentalcars.com should resolve this issue. We are requesting to cancel both these reservations since no one can cancel just one or even see the reservations to cancel. Please email a resolution to this issue and*or confirm the cancellation & we'll use a more reliable rental car source. Please advise and*or confirm solution and if not solved, this email is notice to cancel both reservations & sending me an confirmation of same. Thanks,* John Weeks **********

How GetHuman-bfsone fixed the problem
GetHuman has "very poor" service!!! Waited for hours for someone to contact us. Also Rentalcars.com does not have good website* no way to speak to a person & the web "GetHuman" was worthless! May never us this service again* spent over * * hours trying to resolve to eventually cancel both reservations. Went direct to the rental car's company site vs. using a rental search company like "Rentalcars.com". Much safer for direct booking for rental car, easier to communicate with them & have a "phone number" to speak to someone.
