Help with my Radio Shack issue

Qcute Bluetooth TX*RX not transmitting apparently. I tested with cell phone, going to available devices, works fine to connect with bluetooth loudspeaker and wife's cell phone but not showing availability to Qcute (just bought at Broadheadsville store this afternoon) and it is powered up with USB port connector and *.* mm jack hooked up to a sound source.**Need help to figure out is Qcute bad or am I not hooking up something right. I followed instructions in little booklet about setting up transmitter. It is not connecting to the bluetooth speaker. **My son said the bt speaker can only listen to one transmitter at a time so I deleted it from my cell phone but it still did not connect to the Qcute Xmtr.

GetHuman640785 did not yet indicate what Radio Shack should do to make this right.
