I stayed at the Tarpon Springs location on Friday *** through Monday ***. When I was checked in I was charged $***. **, which is the correct charge for my stay. Later that day or the next day my card was charged again for $**.**. This is not a valid charge and I need it returned asap. I called the location and they took all my information, said a manager would call me back and it's been three days and nobody has called me. My name is Elizabeth Ferris.
