To Whom It May Concern, **Good day. Last week (on *th Jan'**) I took a flight from Kolkata (CCU) to Paris (CDG) with a layover*stopover in Doha airport. My layover was supposed to be ** min however due to the first plane from CCU to Doha got delayed, and had to take another plane * hours later as per Qatar Airways directive. Qatar Airways generously provided me with a stay at a hotel for the time being and provided me with a driver to take me from the airport to the hotel. However, the person responsible for the driver told me that I could do a * hour or * hour tour of Doha and I chose the * hour one for **USD. I had told them that I could pay them by credit card but in the end they kindly reduced the price from ** USD to around *****USD as I did not have that much cash with me in USD. I handed them what I thought was a *** SGD (Singapore Dollars) note but instead I realized after I searched my bag that I had given them a **** SGD note instead. **It was a huge mistake on my part and I completely understand that but it is a lot of money and I am writing this email for Qatar Airways to kindly help me out in this situation to retrieve that amount of money. I, of course am ready to pay the original amount of $**USD for the trip that I had requested through a bank transfer or any other way the driver sees fit. I will send my account details for balance refund (*** SGD) as soon as I hear from you.**My Booking Reference is JL*RHJ. I have also attached the hotel stay copy that Qatar Airlines provided me with and the E-Ticket, if it helps. I kindly and urgently seek your help and will be very grateful for your assistance on this matter.
