Even after QANTAS became aware of my complaint and emailed me to try once more, I was still unable to progress thru' the system beyond booking the flights and selecting the seats. They don't want my money, nor us, apparently, on their flights as I continue to be unable to access the payment page. ... Are we banned from flying on QANTAS?*For * days now I have been trying to make business class reservations to the U.S.*On Sunday I spoke on the phone hoping for service but after waiting *** minutes the first time, the phone cut out, the second time, after another very long wait I was told that I had to make the reservations first and then call back. I then attempted several times online when your website was offering some sale prices of $***** each way at perfect departure*arrival times for us. I progressed right thru’ the process of selecting flights seats, completing passenger info only to be confronted with the website announcing a generic error, start over message when I progressed to make payment. I had * very long ‘chats’ with QANTAS on Sunday and neither were able to make reservations for me. One told me that there was a system error and the second insisted that the only flights available arrived in Hartford at *.**am. Today I again attempted and though the sale prices were no longer being offered, I did select flights at flight times that suit us, chose seats, completed passenger info and then progressed to payment page to only once again was faced with the generic error start over message. If you are unwilling to accept our business would you please tell me up front so that I do not waste any more time on QANTAS. **Laurie Best *******
My husband, for whom I am the **** carer, does require extra assistance, but that is why we are willing to pay the cost of Business Class tickets. I really don't this aggravation (probably * hours today alone) on trying to get flights to Connecticut. Have started looking to alternative Airlines
QANTAS needs to contact us in person. either by phone or email and confirm our reservations, preferably at the sale prices that they had up on their website when I first tried making the reservations last Sunday. They were *** the price that they were offering today and still would not accept my payment.
We lived and worked in the States for many years and our first flight back to Perth with our * kids was in ****. Over the years we had many trips back to Perth and also paid for our parents to fly over to the States on occasion on QANTAS, though of recent years we have been going back to the States via Europe, so have not used QANTAS. As we have decided it was more convenient for people to meet us if we flew in to Hartford CT, we decided to fly the Pacific route and so wanted to fly via QANTAS. It looks as if we will have to fly American Airlines as they have flights in to Bradley

I gave up on QANTAS entirely, went to a travel agent and have made Business Class reservations wiht another airline
