I received an email today from QVC that stated if I purchased item or items that used the * payment plan and my Qcard I would receive $** off my purchase. However, I could not figure out how to add my Qcard at checkout. My total for * order was over $***. Then, I received an email from QVC and the order was split into * orders. I later placed another order. I tried to go back into the largest order, at least, and add my Qcard. The system wouldn't allow me to add my card. Its new and I haven't used it yet* however, I did activate it. I spoke with the bank and they see no issue with my card. They said it had to be the QVC system. I'd like to add all my orders on the Qcard to get the $** discount and to just have everything in one place. Thank you,. Lynn Pylant
