I recently received a SIM card from Cricket and had my phone unlocked. Following the steps provided, I tried using the SIM card but encountered issues. My phone is showing that it is on the "home" network, but when I attempt to make a call, it redirects me to Qlink Wireless stating I have run out of minutes, which should not be the case as my plan offers unlimited minutes. Additionally, when trying to access recovery mode, I receive an error message "no command" and cannot update the PRL. Despite changing SIM cards and following all instructions in the booklet, I am unable to use my phone as intended.

I spoke with a customer service representative on October 2, [redacted] regarding purchasing a phone through installments. Despite my request, I was charged the full amount of $[redacted].95. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that no refunds were possible. I clearly stated I wanted to make payments based on the website's information of $14.06 for 24 months. Frustrated with the situation, I requested to cancel the order. The representative suggested contacting my bank to dispute the charge, which I have done. As a social security recipient, a one-time payment is challenging for me. My boyfriend is kindly gifting me a phone for my upcoming birthday, and I would like to use it with Qlinkwireless instead. Despite my efforts to reach out to Qlinkwireless, I have been unable to make progress due to difficulties communicating with a representative named Steve. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

1) Last week, I applied with the intention of bringing my own phone (BYOP) to your service. I provided the IMEI number for my Straight Talk phone to confirm eligibility for swapping. I was informed that the replacement SIM card for my phone would arrive by 10/13/[redacted]. However, it was actually delivered to my mailbox on 9/14. 2) Despite the discount on service for the overlapping days with my previous provider, there have been issues. The package I received contained my name and address, along with an Enrollment number, SIM model, SKU number, and Inventory number, but the SIM seems invalid. I have used 11 minutes on a phone that I cannot access. 3) I attempted to contact customer service using a phone that is not recognized in your system, provided all necessary verification details, but have been unable to reach anyone. After trying to call with my son's phone, it seems his device has been activated through your system, leaving me without a working phone. A reliable SIM card is essential for emergency purposes, and the current situation is causing significant inconvenience and potential security risks.

My phone was stolen at the pharmacy, and I hope the thief gets caught. I really need a replacement phone urgently because I have important doctor's appointments that I cannot miss, as it could be life-threatening. I'm also missing out on potential job opportunities. Trying to be independent and stand on my own feet is difficult without a phone, especially since I don't have a car and my eyesight is poor. With the pandemic situation, having a phone is crucial for communication and staying organized. I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me a smartphone with a 6-inch screen like my previous Stylo 6. I miss my phone dearly and really need it. Thank you and God bless. - Paula Y.

I had to switch to Straight Talk temporarily due to not being able to wait for a new Qlink phone for a week. When I visited the office listed in Oklahoma City, it turned out to be an attorney's office after a 30-minute drive. I require assistance transferring back or activating service as I already own a Qlink phone. I simply need the service to be turned on. Kindly send an email that permits a dialogue, rather than just a generic PR message. I am in need of a Service Tech who can assist me in connecting to the service, please.

I purchased a new Qlink phone for $20 over two weeks ago but have not received it. I suspect it may have been stolen as the call log shows activity until October 31st, which wasn't done by me. I urgently need assistance tracking it. Please disable the phone to prevent unauthorized usage. Kindly communicate any updates to my girlfriend's email at D [redacted] to secure my privacy. Thank you, Hank.

I recently purchased a LG REBEL 4 LTE phone to use with q link wireless. When I attempted to activate the service, the SIM card provided did not fit into the phone despite using the adapters sent by q link. After multiple failed attempts, both the SIM card and adapter were damaged. Currently, I still receive service from q link, even though I have not been able to use the minutes. I reached out to them but have not received a resolution. The SIM card from q link was too small for the phone, unlike the one that came with the LG REBEL 4 LTE. I also noticed that the phone, initially linked to Total Wireless, played a Verizon welcome message. Looking to resolve these issues, especially since I have misplaced the SIM card for the LG REBEL 4 LTE. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Last week, I received the SIM card from Q Link Wireless to transfer my service to a different device following multiple unsuccessful attempts to update my address online. Despite my efforts to change it to my current address in Milwaukee, the system kept reverting it back to my old address in Elkhorn. After ordering the new SIM card and realizing it was being sent to the wrong address, I tried to rectify the situation online multiple times to no avail. Subsequently, my phone service was disabled, and despite reaching out to customer service via email and live chat, the issue persisted. Now, over ten days later and still without service, I urgently request either a new SIM card be sent to my Milwaukee address or for my service to be re-enabled on my previous device. Below are my corrected address details: Name: Yvonne D. Phone: [redacted] Old Address: [redacted] Gorman St. Apt. 6 or 7 Elkhorn, WI [redacted] New Address: [redacted] N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Apt. 4 Milwaukee, WI [redacted]

I have been attempting to sign up for Lifeline for over a year now with the help of my friend, Maria Johnson. Despite multiple failed attempts online and through phone calls to Qlink, I have faced issues such as being falsely marked as "deceased" and being unable to progress due to technical errors. Even though my friend in the same building has successfully enrolled in the program, I keep encountering obstacles, including being told that the service is not available in my area. I am reliant on Maria's phone as I currently do not have one, and we are both frustrated by the lack of customer service support from Qlink. I receive Snap benefits and believe I qualify for Lifeline. I urge Qlink to call Maria's number provided so we can resolve these issues promptly. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Jeffrey H.

I need assistance from a live agent. I am in the process of switching my phone to Quick Link Wireless. After receiving a Sim chip kit from them, I attempted to activate it. However, it appears that Straight Talk has locked my phone since I hadn't fulfilled a year of service with them. This information was not communicated when I switched carriers due to financial difficulties amid the COVID-19 pandemic. As I cannot afford to continue service with Straight Talk, I took my phone with me. How can I obtain a phone from QLink Wireless that will be compatible in this situation?

I purchased a new SIM card for an old phone, as my Qlink phone was water damaged. However, my Qlink phone started working again when the new SIM card arrived. I couldn't unlock the other phone from its carrier, rendering the new SIM card useless. I have been trying to activate my supposedly damaged Qlink phone, following all the steps but to no avail. When attempting to make a call, I receive a message to contact customer service, but I can't as my phone won't let me make calls without service. I have emailed Qlink seven times in the last two weeks without receiving any responses. It's been three weeks since the issue started, and I urgently need my phone for my son's medical appointments and school. Qlink's lack of response is frustrating; all I want is to activate my Qlink ZTE phone that was initially provided when I signed up.

While shopping at Walmart, my purse was left unzipped in the basket, and unfortunately, my Q Link phone was stolen. I have an Arista Android smartphone that I can use. I checked the IMEI number, and it's compatible with Q Link Wireless. How can I activate it today? I also need to change my Q Link phone number and switch to my Arista Android device. Could you please reply back as soon as possible? Thank you. -Jackie Harris

I have had a Kyocera [redacted] flip phone from you for over 5 years, but it suddenly stopped ringing for incoming calls. I have checked the settings, and both the ring and vibrate options are turned on, but the phone still does not ring. This issue started on December 7, [redacted]. I tried to contact customer service, but it seems that I need to order a new phone from your website. I had a similar problem with my battery a month and a half ago, and although I purchased a new battery, your website stated that I did not have an account. This phone was a replacement for a smart phone that was too complex for me 5 years ago. Any assistance in either fixing the current phone or obtaining a new one would be greatly appreciated. Best, Lynn Beccue [redacted] W. [redacted] N. Fair Oaks, IN [redacted]

Yesterday, my Kyocera flip phone S2151 stopped ringing suddenly. I have verified that the ringer and vibrate settings are on and functional. However, when someone calls, neither of them seem to work. I contacted customer service and was connected with someone in India. Unfortunately, I struggled to understand them. Prior to this, I spent over thirty minutes navigating the automated system and had to input my information twice. During my last attempt to access the website, I encountered issues logging in. After entering my information, the automated system stated that it did not match the records on file.

My Kyocera S2151 flip phone stopped ringing on 12/07/[redacted]. Even though the ringer and vibrate settings are on and were working during tests, they do not work when someone calls. When I contacted customer service, I had difficulty understanding the representative, likely located in India, after spending over 30 minutes navigating the automated system. The last time I tried to access the website, I couldn't log in. The automated voice stated that my information didn't match their records, despite the customer service representative having no trouble finding my account. It seems I need to order a new phone from a website I can't log into, which no longer carries flip phones. I prefer my current phone and would like it repaired or replaced.

I recently moved and my only phone, the Obama phone, has stopped working. I am in need of a new phone with the same old number and would like to update my address to [redacted] Perry St, Las Vegas, NV, [redacted]. I am currently relying on computer communication only. I am located in Las Vegas and still qualify for the program as I am on food stamps in Nevada. I had service in Indianapolis but do not recall the exact address as I have lived in various places over the years. The last 4 digits of my SSN are [redacted]. I have been using the same phone for almost 10 years and I am willing to pay $25 for a new phone.

I am seeking information about acquiring a SIM card for the new Samsung Galaxy A31 Dual Sim GSM android smartphone my son is gifting me for Christmas. The phone was delivered yesterday, and I am unable to access settings without a SIM card. I aim to retain my current home number ([redacted]) or my cell number ([redacted]) if possible while disconnecting my landline. I have been unable to connect with a live person through your phone service as in the past, and live chat is unavailable. My son plans to return the phone if it is incompatible, so I am eager for a prompt response regarding obtaining a compatible SIM card. I hope to use the new phone for tasks such as online banking, virtual doctor visits, and disconnecting my landline to save on expenses. Your guidance on next steps would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance. - Vicky L.

I received a SIM card when I had already mentioned I would use my own phone. Unfortunately, my phone was taken while I was working. I have emailed multiple times without any response from your team, even after sending at least 4 emails. It has been over 30 days, and I am unable to contact anyone. Can a phone be sent to the approved address, as I initially did not request one, but circumstances have changed due to my phone being stolen? I will keep the issued number if allowed to do so. I appreciate your understanding as I am trying to navigate this situation and continue working. Thank you.

I haven't received any response in the past 2 to 3 weeks. I am looking to get a phone and, if possible, another SIM card as mine may have gone missing by the time I receive the phone. The people who received mail before me (upstairs) must have opened it because the package looked tampered with. They only found one SIM and an adapter, as you mentioned. I need a phone; the style does not matter. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, M. Izzo
