I recieved sim card had phone unlocked by cricket, went through steps outlined but I am unable to use my phone, it indicates that it is on the "home" network and when I go to about phone the phone number indicates my qlink number however when I try and dial out it I recieve a computer generated voice stating that they are forwarding my call to qlink wireless because it is out of minutes, how is that possible when the minutes are unlimited. Also when I try to enter to boot mode to use the recover feature I get an error no command and I am unable to start in recovery mode. so bottom line I'VE CHANGED SIMS, COMPLETED ALL STEPS OUTLINED IN BOOKLET AND UNABLE TO USE MY PHONE. IT HAS A NETWORK LISTED AS HOME AND I CAN NOT START IN RECOVERY MODE OR UPDATE THE PRL
