reactivate ... phone turned off , i uploaded proof of eligibility but they seemed to have flagged my account , though is shows Your Status Is: Lifeline Reactivation Eligible , I login but cant get activation instructions , the website just goes round and round , cant get to chat or phone , no instructions whatever, their email is useless , since they claim on everything they cant do ANYTHING via email , so what ? cant reactivate ,cant buy a new phone cant access anything, so ?
