My phone was stolen by someone I know about * weeks ago. I have called many times and sent * emails to customer service dept to get help with this and its still not resolved. The person has used all of my available data for August. I tried to locate the phone but unsuccessful getting it back. The phone is still being used daily and the person moved to a different state so I'm positive I will never get it back from him. I have lost all my pictures of my kids and grandkids that cannot be replaced, as well as some contacts and important appointments saved to my calendar. I need to get my service completely shut up, I want the phone to be locked out so he can't do ANYTHING AT *LL after the power comes on. I don't want him to be able to use any feature including Wi-Fi. I need the service cancelled and need a new phone sent to me, also would like to request a phone number change. I have been trying for * weeks to get this done and I still don't have a phone and the person continues to use my phone on a daily basis. This has been a horrible experience with the lack of customer service I have received. My job requires me to have a phone number as well as *an internet connection since I don't have a phone*internet my boss has reduced my weekly hours and has caused me a great deal of stress and financial hardship having said that I do not have the money for the $** replacement phone and I feel that I should have a replacement phone sent to me at no charge because I would not be in such a bad situation if I was able to speak with a customer service representative *weeks ago and got this taken care of, but my calls and emails remain unresolved and unanswered. This is ridiculous and I am not happy with the service I received and continue to receive or should I say THE LACK OF SERVICE. I need this issue to be handled RIGHT AWAY.
