Only fronl left and front right outputs are working. I connect a speaker that works to each set of connectors with volume of unit at max volume and all five components at Max volume, but I only get sound out of the front right & front left connectors. The unit is running HDMI * input - seems to be stuck in * channel mode but Remote does not respond when trying to change to *.* or *.* mode when input is HDMI * - I would like to keep this unit, so please help me keep her working or I’ll have no choice but to send it back to you. Thanks-
