I am requesting the prompt restoration of my service. Despite having paid my bill, my utility was unexpectedly shut off on Friday following a three-month period without income. I find myself in a situation where I am left without power, causing me to endure cold temperatures and the spoilage of my food. The delay in service reconnection is particularly frustrating as I recently received my first paycheck. I received a notice earlier this week, anticipating the possibility of disconnection. Due to my work commitments far from home, I am unable to address this issue promptly. It is disheartening to experience the power dynamics at play, with the utility provider seemingly in control. It is my hope that necessary measures can be taken to expedite the restoration process, minimizing the impact on my daily life. I find the lack of weekend assistance and the stringent policies in place to be unjust, especially when one is simply trying to navigate challenging circumstances without fault. Best, L. R.

Hello, I need to discuss my bill. I am currently on disability and facing financial challenges. I live in low-income housing and have an 11-year-old son to support. I am enrolled in energy assistance and am awaiting my renewal appointment to determine the funding I will receive, which should be soon. I am seeking to arrange a payment plan or promise to pay until my next payday on January 3rd. I would appreciate a prompt call or email with guidance on how to proceed to avoid any service disconnection. I really hope to avoid any power outage. I apologize for any inconvenience. Wishing you a wonderful day and a merry Christmas.

I have nearly 18 years of experience in home remodel and understand the importance of energy efficiency. Despite using LED bulbs and appliances, and updating my windows for better efficiency, my recent power bills have been shockingly high. I live alone and carefully monitor my energy usage, yet the bills have tripled to quadrupled compared to previous months. Even in summer, my AC usage is similar to my furnace in winter. When seeking clarification from the energy company, I receive repetitive responses without addressing my concerns. Today, I refrained from using the heater to track my usage accurately. I urgently need assistance without the usual run-around.

I am writing regarding my mother, who lives in Olympia at [redacted] Shoreview Dr SW. She has been without power for two days in 15-degree weather. The situation is frustrating, especially after learning from neighbors that the power outage could have been prevented with proper maintenance of the power lines. It's upsetting to see the discrepancy in resolving outages in the area, leaving elderly residents in difficult situations. I expect prompt communication and action from the utility company to address this issue. The delay in restoring power, despite assurances from the estimator, is unacceptable. The lack of attention to known issues with tree trimming near power lines is negligence that has directly affected my mother's well-being. I hope this matter can be resolved swiftly to prevent any further hardship.

I waited for 30 minutes, but no one has reached out to me yet, so I'm trying again. This issue has been ongoing for over a year, and each time I attempt to resolve it, I face obstacles. My account ending in [redacted] at PSE is under my name, Marilyn K., and my bill was paid through my US Bank account, showing a credit of $1,[redacted].52. It seems like you have my funds, but I haven't been able to use them towards my bill. Since I do not receive bills anymore and have lost the bill number, I can't access your system. My bank also doesn't have the number, and I'm at a loss. Please assist me with this matter. I urgently need the charge amounts for tax purposes, which I currently cannot access. Your help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated, and I would be very grateful.

Earlier today, I contacted Puget Power Energy to update my email address. My previous email, [redacted], was changed due to multiple users. The new email is [redacted], and my username is supposed to be ArnoldBodner71. However, the previous email was mistakenly set as my username, causing distress due to concerns about scammers and identity theft. I am deeply upset and have endured financial challenges, legal issues, and more. Please remove the old email and set my username to ArnoldBodner71. I apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.

Hello, I am Richard Watson residing at [redacted] 119th Ave. SE Tenino, WA. During the recent power outage, I reported an issue with my connection due to high winds. I believe the correct term is an unsecured point of service. I am worried that more high winds could lead to a down line. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that my concern was logged for future attention. Understanding the busy times during power restoration, I was patient. However, it has been some time, and I hope my report has not been overlooked. Kindly reach out to me via email to update me on the progress and expected resolution time. Thank you, R. Watson.

Subject: Concerns About Power Outages in Puyallup, WA I wanted to address the frequent power outages occurring in Puyallup, WA, over the past year. Yesterday's outage (12/5/[redacted]) is just one example of the ongoing issue. It seems that most of these outages are not caused by weather-related incidents. As residents, we pay a significant amount for power services and would appreciate a reduction in costs or more effective outage prevention measures. It appears that areas like Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, and Kirkland do not experience power outages as frequently as Pierce County. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Phyllis C. I am confused about the estimated restoration times provided by your company. In the past, when Puget Power was in charge, they usually arrived within an hour of their estimates. Since you took over, the estimated times have had to be changed more than three times in most outages. I keep a record of every power outage, and this discrepancy has become noticeable. It seems like relying solely on computer-generated estimates may not be as accurate as sending someone to assess the situation on-site. While you excel at increasing our rates, I am not impressed with the service reliability compared to the previous provider.
