Okay I’ve been in home remodel repair for almost ** years I understand about energy efficiency and improvements to my home all my bulbs and even fixtures are led all appliances are led all windows have been updated in my home I have been very diligent since I moved in to keep track of my account and usuage my power bill the last three months is outrageous and I live here on my own no family heater is not on during the day period. I actually kept track of my ususage during summertime and my ac units is almost the same in power usuage as my furanace when I come home I turn the heat on and it automatically turns off and I physically turn off heater after ** min I also understand winter billing is different than summer billing your energy efficiency people are very diligent on pointing out these issue but aren’t very diligent in answering questions about issues when it comes to an individual that has knowledge on this situation they same the same thing but literally say the same thing over and over again but just in a different way it’s annoying I am very concerned about my bill I went from payin about ** a month to almost *** a month which is outrageous I understand a increase in bill during winter time but almost triple to quadruple is a little unbelievable and I’m getting a little tired of your agents giving me a run around. So I’m doing a test I didn’t use the heater today so you can tell my usuage from when I got home to when I leave in the Morin for work please respond ASAP and really I don’t need the run around
