Dear Porter, I purchased * tickets for Porter in May, **** for an October trip thru SmartFares. Then COVID hit the world and travel stopped. I was able to get a credit for those flights extended until May, **** for a $** fee, which I paid. We still can't travel to Canada due to COVID restrictions and can't use this credit. I called SmartFares to ask for additional extension, they said Porter must give me a date to extent the credit to, I did, and Christoff from Porter says it is extended until *********. Now SmartFares will not extend to ********* unless I pay another $**. I did not pay the additional fee. I know this really isn't your problem, I shouldn't have purchased tickets from that site, however, I just wanted to let you know this happened & now I am out $***.** and no extension. We plan to travel to Detroit, MI for a Marathon in October, ****, rent a car, drive to Toronto, spend a few days sight seeing then fly back to Dulles, we live in Maryland. I would like an extension. Thank you for your time.
