I purchased a kombat pack and DLC character from the PSN store, but I originally bought the game as a hard copy from a different vendor. Now, my game is unable to recognize the content and is prompting me to repurchase it. I'm looking for a solution to either make this content work with my current setup or to get a refund. I've tried reaching out to PlayStation customer service but was on hold for two hours without a response. The DLC was worth $** and I cannot access it. I've been a loyal customer and never encountered an issue like this before. I've attempted troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the game and resetting my router. I'm hoping to resolve this issue promptly and either make the content compatible or get a refund.

I purchased the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and season pass bundle on the Playstation Store for my PS3 on 5/14/[redacted]. My son, who has learning disabilities, was exploited on PlayStation by another player who convinced him to share his account and even add his credit card information. As a result, both the player and another individual made unauthorized charges on his card and used a cash app to receive money. I am seeking assistance in recovering the funds they unjustly obtained from him. These actions were a retaliatory response to a previous disagreement, targeting my son, who is simply trying to connect with others and lacks experience in financial matters. I possess text messages detailing their actions and seek for PlayStation America to take action against these individuals and facilitate the reimbursement of the unauthorized transactions. I have been advised to seek resolution here before involving the bank.

I participated in a preorder event and successfully placed an order for a PS5. Initially, everything seemed fine as I received a confirmation email. However, shortly after, I got a cancellation notice due to an error. When I attempted to reorder using a different payment method, I was informed that the PS5 was no longer in stock. This frustrating experience led me to believe that the item was not available when I tried to purchase it. It's disappointing how the situation was handled, and it feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Despite ordering additional items to qualify for free shipping, I am upset about not being able to secure the PS5, especially since I intended to surprise my grandchildren. I no longer have access to the phone number used for 2-step verification, but I have my email, username, and password and am unable to sign in to my account because the phone was from 8 years ago. I find this situation frustrating as I am unable to log in even though I can reset my password. When attempting to contact customer service both by phone and online, I encounter unhelpful representatives who ask numerous account-related questions but ultimately cannot assist me. To make matters worse, I am now being told that my account is not registered in the US! This experience has left me extremely disappointed in the company. If any attorney knowledgeable about filing a lawsuit involving negligence, identity fraud, and theft is reading this and is interested in representing me, please reach out as I am willing to pay the required legal fees.

For the past 10 days, each time I try to power on my PS4 using the controller, it initially works fine. However, after the controller turns off and I reactivate it, the light blue light blinks continuously, causing the controller to turn off after 10-20 seconds. The only solution I've found is to unplug the PS4, as neither controller works to restart it. This is my third attempt to contact customer service, and despite calling the [redacted] number, I never received a callback.

I am trying to access my old account, but I no longer have the console serial number or the card number used for a purchase. I can provide my Gmail account [redacted] and the ID mercgodlykilla85. I enabled 2SV, but I need to disable it as I no longer have the phone that receives the text messages. My previous phone was stolen along with my PlayStation. Although I have a new PS5, I still have access to the mentioned email and want to remove the 2SV feature.

I purchased a game from the PlayStation store along with another player, but unfortunately, the game is faulty and doesn't work for either of us. After looking into it, it appears that the company that owned the game and had the rights to sell it went bankrupt. It's puzzling that PlayStation is still selling it despite this situation. I have documents confirming the bankruptcy, including a signature from the CEO, which should be sufficient evidence regarding the faulty nature of the game. It seems like the game may have been sold illegally, as it was officially declared abandoned with significant functionality issues.

I spent an hour and a half on the phone with Technical Support for my issue with my DualSense Wireless Controller. On Monday evening, I lifted my controller off the Sony charging station and tried to power it up. Everything was fine in the menu setting, but when I opened a game, none of the buttons worked. There was a solid white light in the LED panel under the touchpad and above the speaker and PS button. I followed all the troubleshooting steps on the Sony PS5 accessory page, including resetting my PS5 to factory settings. The technician said since I bought my PS5 more than 12 months ago, he couldn't help me and suggested buying a new controller for $75. I requested to speak to his supervisor, but initially, he refused. When I finally spoke to the supervisor, he hung up after hearing my situation. I need my controller repaired or replaced as a loyal Sony PlayStation user since [redacted]. This customer service experience is unacceptable, and I need a solution to using my PS5 without a working controller. Thank you.

I have spoken to the same representative three times today regarding changing the email linked to my PlayStation account. I can access my full profile and play games on my PlayStation, but the email associated with the account is no longer valid. I am unable to reset my password as I cannot access the defunct email. Despite multiple attempts at the security questions, I cannot update my information. My only identifiable transaction is my monthly subscription paid through PayPal, which I can see is my default payment method. While I can view the last four digits of a card on the account, I cannot provide old card details. I cannot recall the original serial number associated with the account creation as I have been a PlayStation user for many years. I simply wish to change the email, but I am told I must pass security questions to speak to a supervisor.

I am having trouble paying for my subscription, and there is an issue where I cannot access my games without the subscription. This problem has persisted for two days after my trial ended. I received a notification regarding a credit card from Sun Valley. I find this situation unacceptable. I am considering returning the item and switching to a different service.
